Country Representative Georgia
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Country Representative – Georgia. The incumbent will serve as the primary representative for ICAP in Georgia and will be responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of all ICAP activities implemented by ICAP in Georgia. The Country Representative will lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve the project’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives. The Country Representative will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the country program, including technical, programmatic, and operational aspects, for managing optimal use of human, financial and physical resources, and for ensuring full compliance with donor regulations. The Country Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly collaborative working relationships with representatives from the host government, academic institutions, donors, community groups and other implementing and collaborating partners. The successful candidate will hold an MD (or international equivalent), PhD, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree in the fields of public health or epidemiology and a minimum 5 years of experience managing large international public health or development programs, with at least 3 years of experience in managing public health programs. The incumbent will serve as the primary representative for ICAP in Ukraine and will be responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the CDC-funded Ukraine Recovery Project. Program Support Specialist Kazakhstan
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Program Support Specialist position by October 1, 2022, to be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will hold a University-level Degree in Medicine, Sociology, Social Sciences, Law, International Relations, or other relevant areas. The incumbent will have at least 3 years of practical experience in a field related to medical or social services delivery, project management, project implementation. Major Accountabilities: o Participate in the design and implementation of interventions and innovative approaches to reach PEPFAR for prevention, testing, early initiation and ART retention, adherence to HIV treatment, and viral suppression achievement; o Assist in continuous assessments of needs and structural barriers that prevent local medical specialists from delivering quality HIV services to inform program development and implementation; o Conduct daily monitoring of KZ PEPFAR activities within the project work plan, jointly with Deputy Clinical Director analyze the implementation of project indicators to ensure continuous progress: identify key barriers, reasons for non-compliance with indicators, identify, discuss and support the implementation of effective solutions to overcome barriers; o Participate in conducting quarterly monitoring visits to KZ PEPFAR sites, in accordance with the objectives and schedule of the work plan, if necessary; o Participate in data quality improvement activities to ensure all ICAP program data are accurate and complete; o Check with the sites and collect monthly and quarterly program reports; o Participate in the development and periodic revision of work plans, budget, project indicators as well as other project documents; o Be an effective liaison between local site medical specialists and ICAP management staff.

Clinical Program Specialist Kazakhstan
