O/A Oficial será responsável por coordenar todas as actividades da Direcção dos Serviços Clínicos realizadas pelas Assistente de Cuidado e Tratamento e Educadores de Pares; prover mentoria às Assistente de Cuidado e Tratamento e Educadores de Pares e aos provedores do MINSA na província de Benguela, Angola. O/A Oficial Provincial de Cuidado e Tratamento supervisionará as actividades realizadas pela Direcção dos Serviços Clínicos (DSCL), assegurando de que todas as actividades são realizadas em conformidade com as directrizes da DSCL, bem como as directrizes éticas do ICAP. O candidato ideal deverá ter no mínimo 4 anos de experiência em mentoria de profissionais de saúde no âmbito programático do VIH, diretrizes do VIH de Angola.
