ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks for a Director of Administration and Finance to be based in Makati City, Philippines. 

The Director of Administration and Finance will oversee all finance and administration functions of ICAP in-country, including budget development and tracking, financial management and reporting, subcontracts, procurement, and office management. Builds and supervises a strong administration and finance team.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in  business administration, finance, accounting or related field. An advanced degree and a Certified Public Accounts is preferable. The incumbent should have at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience with at least seven (7) years of work experience at an international NGO. The Director of Administration and Finance must have demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting financial data and sound knowledge of accounting principles and techniques. Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.
