ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Safety and Access Manager in Ukraine.  The Safety and Access Manager will work with the Country Representative to ensure that ICAP in Ukraine’s security policies and procedures are appropriate, responsive to the ongoing active conflict, and in accordance with Columbia University standard operating procedures.

ICAP seeks to fill this key position of Safety and Access Manager which will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine by 1 December 2022. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field preferred. A candidate possessing a strong understanding of the local political context and dynamics in Ukraine will be ideal. The job incumbent should also have experience of and be able to work in a conflict zone.
