ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Recency Lab Manager – El Salvador. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting HIV counseling and testing services for the CDC-funded project Targeted Programmatic Support Award Across Countries Under the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis, and Under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PSA) .
The successful candidate will hold a BS or MS in laboratory science or related field. The candidate will also have at least five (5) years of experience in laboratory services and laboratory management and demonstrated technical expertise in laboratory management, quality assurance, quality control, biosafety, document development, specimen management, and use of electronic information systems within a laboratory context, and demonstrated experience serving as a technical resource and in supervisory roles.
