ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Administration & HR Specialist – Almaty, Kazakhstan. The incumbent will provide day-to-day administrative, and HR support to the ICAP office in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This includes preparation of administrative and HR documents and implementation of procurement and vendor management procedures, maintaining office records to ensure that the existing operational practices and procedures are in line with the ICAP, donor, as well as national requirements and laws requirements.

 

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Administration & HR Specialist position by July 2026. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in preparation of administrative and HR documents and implementation of procurement and vendor management procedures.
