ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Proposal Writing consultants. The incumbent will support proposal development processes serving as the lead technical writer.

ICAP seeks highly qualified candidates to fill the proposal writer consultancy as soon as possible. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have demonstrated proposal writing skills, relevant technical expertise, and the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities, and negotiate timelines.
