The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will be responsible and accountable for the overall monitoring and evaluation of all ICAP in-country program activities.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist position by April 2022. The successful candidate will hold a University degree in epidemiology or public health or biostatistics or social science or computer science.
The incumbent will have a demonstrated ability to manage several major activities simultaneously. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will have at least 3 years of practical experience working on M&E of development projects. The incumbent will have proven computer proficiency allowing the person to use and create a variety of templates, complex tables, merges; manage table data, sort, and filter merges.
