Technical Director South Sudan
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Technical Director (TD) for the anticipated USAID-funded activity in South Sudan. The incumbent will be responsible for the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) five-year Care and Treatment Activity in South Sudan that ICAP at Columbia University is soliciting. The experienced Technical Director (TD) for the anticipated USAID-funded activity in South Sudan will fill the position upon successful bidding of the funding. He or she will provide technical leadership and management support for all HIV and TB prevention, care, and treatment activities under this award. The Technical Director will hold an advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, medicine, or a related field with a minimum of 8–12 years of senior experience in leading technical assistance efforts for HIV and TB prevention, care, and treatment programs in resource-constrained settings; experience in South Sudan or a similar sub-Saharan African context is preferred. The incumbent should have a proven track record in USAID-funded PEPFAR projects, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior government officials, donors, and multilateral organizations.

HRL Quality Officer South Sudan

The incumbent will lead the quality office for HIV Reference Laboratory (HRL) coverage based in PHL/Juba in South Sudan. Master’s degree is preferred.
