ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, urgently seeks
a Program Support Specialist in Ukraine. Working closely with the National Program Coordinator, the Program Support Specialist will support planning and implementation of the Ukraine Recovery Project implemented by ICAP as part of the "Enhancing Global Health Security: Strengthening Public Health Surveillance Systems and Preparedness Globally" award.
This is an urgent recruitment and ICAP seeks to fill this key position of Program Support Specialist which will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate should hold university level degree in Medicine. Advanced degree in public health is an advantage. Previous work experience in an NGO a plus. The job incumbent should also have experience of and be able to work in a conflict zone. Note: this is a regular; in-country on-site position, working in the Kyiv Office.
