ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a System Administrator under the ICAP ERP Project, in South Africa.  The incumbent will play a key role on the ERP Project team and will provide ongoing support to ICAP Country offices for access and administrative needs pertaining to the system.

ICAP seeks to fill this key position of System Administrator, based in South Africa by 1 January 2023. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or another closely related discipline. Excellent skills in enterprise cloud-based software/system administration or network administration supporting non-profit, international organizations are key. Also, the candidate should possess strong knowledge of and management experience related to held desk and IT operations best practices including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols
