ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a Director of Administration and Finance to be based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The job incumbent will oversee all finance and administration functions of ICAP in-country, including budget development and tracking, financial management and reporting, subcontracts, procurement, office management.

ICAP seeks a highly qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Director of Finance by October 2022.The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field required; Masters Degree preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least seven (7) years of work experience at an international NGO. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and techniques is critical and experience of accounting software such as QuickBooks a requisite. 

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience of working independently with minimal supervision, reliably establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. The Director of Administration and Finance will also have experience of working with International donors; experience specifically with US government donor agencies and familiarity with USG rules and regulations strongly preferred.
