ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Administration and Logistics Officer – DRC. The incumbent will serve as key administrative liaison at the regional office to the ICAP Kinshasa office. S/he will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the office, including administrative and financial aspects, managing phone calls, petty cash and office supplies adhering to all US Government and ICAP regulations. S/he will be based in Mbandaka, Equateur Province, or in Kisangani, Tshopo.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Administration and Logistics Officer position by December 31, 2020.The successful candidate will hold at least a University degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration and operations.

The incumbent will have a strong computer skill in in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel and Outlook, and must be fluent in French. English proficiency is a plus.
