Headquartered at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, has offices in 16 countries. ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Technical Officer - Emergency Response to be based in ICAP Tanzania offices including the Dar es Salaam and regional offices.

Technical Officer-Emergency Response will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of strategies to respond to public health crises at the national, regional and district levels.
