ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Clinical Director to be based in Maputo.  The incumbent will be responsible to lead ICAP clinical programs and team with provision of high-level technical assistance and management and oversee implementation of activities.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Clinical Director position by March 2020.The successful candidate will hold an Master in Public Health and Bachler degree in Medicine and a minimum of  ten (10) years experience in the design, implementation and management of care and treatment, TB, HIV or other public health programs, five (5) years experience in sub-Saharan Africa and experience in data use for program management and decision making.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working with local governments and international donors, preferably with PEPFAR. The Clinical Director will also have experien in capacity building, excellent team-building skills and capacity to manage large teams, the capacity to work under pressure and maintain deadlines and excellent verbal and written English & Portuguese communication skills.
