ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Statistician/Analyst – Kenya. The incumbent will oversee statistical activities including sample size calculations, weighting, statistical analysis related to surveillance and clinic-based and population-based surveys.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Statistician/Analyst position by March 2020. The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree in epidemiology, statistics, or related field, and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in statistical research in health and a minimum of three (3) years working with large surveillance and survey data sets.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record managing complex, large-scale databases, have expertise in survey statistics and information and communication technology and data management software, and excellent communication and quantitative skills. The incumbent must be fluent in oral and written English.
