Working under the guidance and direction of the Provincial Lead, the Quality Improvement (QI) Manager will oversee QI activities to strengthen and improve performance across the HIV/TB cascade care in North-Western Province in Zambia. S/he will provide QI technical and operational guidance and oversight to the project teams at provincial, district and site level, liaising with the Provincial Health Office QI focal persons, key implementing partners and local organizations.

Working under the guidance of the Provincial Lead, the District Clinical Mentor will support activities to implement and sustain the gains across the HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment cascade through an embedded mentorship approach and using QI methodologies in the assigned districts/facilities. S/he will coordinate technical program implementation and closely work with DHO program officers to provide mentorship and oversee program implementation across the allocated districts/facilities and ensure that respective DHOs within North-Western Province meet their annual targets.
