The incumbent will support the training of field staff on the survey protocol, procedures, policies, relevant regulations and also ensure that the survey protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other relevant policies and regulations are being followed. The incumbent will lead efforts related to communication, community mobilization, dissemination, and education.

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a CQUIN Deputy Project Director (Technical) to be based in a TBN Country in Sub-Saharan Africa. As part of the CQUIN leadership team, s/he will also support strategic planning and project evaluation; support regional project staff as they liaise with Ministries of Health and other partners to advance the scale-up of prioritized service interventions through innovative service delivery models; coordinate ICAP’s technical assistance in a wide range of domains related to HIV core services, including support for updated operational manuals and guidelines; capacity building at the national and sub-national levels; and convene meetings, workshops, and country-to-country visits.
