ICAP in Ukraine seeks to fill this key position of Country Representative based in Kyiv. The ideal candidate should hold a Medical Degree (or international equivalent), PhD, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree in the fields of Public Health or Medicine. A minimum 10 years of experience managing large international public health or development programs, with at least 8 years of experience in managing public health programs. The Strategic Information (SI) and Epidemiology Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance in support of program activities in healthcare facilities, focusing on measurement and analysis of infection prevention and control, antimicrobial resistance, and laboratory diagnostics data. The role involves data collection, quality assurance and analysis, preparation of reports and methodological materials, provision of expert guidance to partner facilities, capacity-building through trainings and workshops, and dissemination of the program key performance indicators and reports to stakeholders, including donors and government entities.
