As part of the CQUIN leadership team, s/he will also support strategic planning and project evaluation; support regional project staff as they liaise with Ministries of Health and other partners to advance the scale-up of prioritized service interventions through innovative service delivery models; coordinate ICAP’s technical assistance in a wide range of domains related to HIV core services, including support for updated operational manuals and guidelines; capacity building at the national and sub-national levels; and convene meetings, workshops, and country-to-country visits.
