ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Strategic Information Lead – Kenya. The incumbent will interface with health informatics, geospatial analytic and cost analysis partners and provide technical guidance and vision for surveillance and survey activities ensuring that all activities meet the highest technical standards. 

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Strategic Information Lead position by February 2020. The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree in epidemiology, demography, public health, humanities, or related fields, and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the senior management and leadership of monitoring and evaluation and/or strategic information of large-scale international health or development project.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record building and managing a diverse team of technical and support staff, excellent data analysis and organizational skills, and experience conducting and directing HIV surveillance and surveys. The incumbent must be fluent in English.
