The incumbent will provide day-to day office management services to the ICAP office in Georgia, as well as full administrative and logistical support to all program activities and events, including support to the regional FETP program in Eastern Europe and South Caucasus. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Administration and Program Support Assistant position. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field and will have at least two years of practical experience providing administrative and logistical support to donor-funded projects. Experience working on the USG-funded project is preferred. The Administration and Program Support Assistant will provide full logistical and administrative support for any program activity, including full logistical support to all training activities and meetings (including communications with participants, bulk printing/photocopying, collating and production of delegate packs), and travel of employees and non-employees. The incumbent will be fluent in English, Georgian and Russian. The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
