Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Sierra Leone - Freetown

ICAP at Columbia University is an international non-governmental organisation that aims to ensure the wellness of families and communities by strengthening health systems around the world. ICAP in Sierra Leone is hiring a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to coordinate M&E activities for an Epidemic Ready Primary Health Care initiative in targeted districts in Sierra Leone. Reporting to the Senior SI Advisor, the M&E Officer will work closely with ICAP staff, the Ministry of Health, and other key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor project M&E activities, provide remote and in-person M&E training and supportive supervision, and foster information exchange and best practices within and between target districts
