ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City. ICAP is seeking highly qualified candidates to serve as District Clinical Mentors. The position will be based in Western or North-Western Province of Zambia. The candidates should be able to fill the position by 1st October 2024.

The incumbent will possess a minimum of a full grade 12 certificate, Clinical Officer Diploma/degree Clinical Medicine, or Registered Nurse Diploma/degree in nursing,  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in public health a plus, should be , fully registered with HPCZ or Nursing and midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ), with at least 4 years’ demonstrated experience in HIV/TB clinical management in a limited resource setting, should be trained in both adult and paediatric ART, should have supervisory and mentorship experience in HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment services, should possess proven experience in coordinating HIV/TB services such as demand creation, HIV case identification and community interventions in support of retention of recipients of care (RoC), should have the ability to provide daily mentorship to ART providers including Community health workers, be a team player with ability to coordinate HIV/TB services at the district or facility, have computer skills, i.e., Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience working in donor funded projects a Plus.
