ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Peer Navigator to be based in affiliated health facilities in Regions 6 & 7 as soon as possible. Specifically:

  • Cebu City South Medical Center
  • Dr. Rafael S. Tumbukon - Memorial Hospital
  • Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital

The incumbents will provide HIV services for key populations to include prevention messages, risk assessment, motivating clients for HIV testing and other support services while maintaining compliance with confidentiality regulations. The successful candidates must be Filipino nationals, based in the local area the facility is located, and a graduate of at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Good knowledge in peer support, social work, counselling or similar, gained through experience, training or education is highly desirable.
