ICAP in Ukraine seeks to fill this key position of Country Representative based in Kyiv. The ideal candidate should hold a Medical Degree (or international equivalent), PhD, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree in the fields of Public Health or Medicine. A minimum 10 years of experience managing large international public health or development programs, with at least 8 years of experience in managing public health programs.
