Human Resources Officer in Myanmar
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Human Resources Officer to be based in Yangon. The incumbent will be responsible for providing overall Human Resources support to ICAP country office and managing the day-to-day human resources activities in Myanmar. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Human Resources Officer position by June 2026. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years’ human resources administration experience. The incumbent will work 5 days a week, with regular reporting of working schedule to Director of Finance and Administration (DAF). The incumbent will be working in close collaboration with the program and operation teams in ensuring successful performance in HR management, including HR Administration according to ICAP HR SOPs.

The Strategic Information (SI) and Epidemiology Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance in support of program activities in healthcare facilities, focusing on measurement and analysis of infection prevention and control, antimicrobial resistance, and laboratory diagnostics data. The role involves data collection, quality assurance and analysis, preparation of reports and methodological materials, provision of expert guidance to partner facilities, capacity-building through trainings and workshops, and dissemination of the program key performance indicators and reports to stakeholders, including donors and government entities.
