    Human Resources Officer in Myanmar

    ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Human Resources Officer to be based in Yangon. The incumbent will be responsible for providing overall Human Resources support to ICAP country office and managing the day-to-day human resources activities in Myanmar. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Human Resources Officer position by June 2026. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years’ human resources administration experience. The incumbent will work 5 days a week, with regular reporting of working schedule to Director of Finance and Administration (DAF). The incumbent will be working in close collaboration with the program and operation teams in ensuring successful performance in HR management, including HR Administration according to ICAP HR SOPs.

    Medical Technologist (Quality Assurance) in Myanmar

    ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Medical Technologist (Quality Assurance) to be based in Mandalay. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the quality improvement for HIV viral load (VL) laboratory. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Medical Technologist (Quality Assurance) position by June 2026. The successful candidate will hold a Medical Laboratory Sciences or its equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in HIV laboratory, preferably with experience in implementing quality assurance for HIV VL testing. The incumbent will work 5 days a week, with regular reporting of working schedule to Quality Improvement Officer. The incumbent will also have good computer literacy (Microsoft Office package) and internet literacy.
