ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Care and Treatment Advisor -Ethiopia. The incumbent will be responsible to leads and coordinates the design and implementation of quality comprehensive HIV care and treatment programs at the Federal Ministry of Health and the RHBs of the four maintained Regions
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Care & Treatment Advisor by February 15, 2020.The successful candidate will hold an MD and a minimum of three (3) years of experience experience as HIV Care and treatment program Advisor.
The incumbent will have a demonstrated Experience in HIV program technical coordination, Experience in teaching, mentoring, organizing and conducting training, Experience in development of national documents related to HIV/AIDS Programs, Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
