ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Medical Officer to be based in Cebu City. The incumbents will be seconded/assigned to identified project health facilities and will be under direct supervision of the facility/clinic physician. The Medical Officer will support provision of comprehensive primary health care services to patients with HIV including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of HIV at identified project health facilities and community-based organizations. The successful candidates must hold at least degree in Medicine from reputable schools and pass the physician licensure examination in the Philippines. At least three (3) years of experience in the clinical management of TB, HIV, Hepatitis B and C.
