Under the supervision of the Country Director and the Technical Advisor the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist/Statistician will be responsible for collecting, Processing and analyzing, interpreting and disseminating data on TB which are produced and used by the organization. As part of monitoring, identify gaps in the information and make recommendations for collection of this data for applying statistical methods and principles to analyze and interpret complex epidemiological and clinical data.
ICAP in Kenya seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position by October 2024 (Start Date). The successful candidate will hold bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Specialization in relevant Fields like M&E, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or International Development. Professional Certifications (Added Advantage) like Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional (CMEP), Certified Professional Statistician (PStat), or other relevant certifications. Experience of 8 years Experience working in M&E roles, research positions, or statistical analysis, preferably in development, health, education, or other relevant sectors. Field work experience and experience in using data visualization tools and software to present findings clearly.
Senior Technical Project Manager, Health Security Informatics

The incumbent will be responsible to manage all technical aspects of ICAP’s Health Security Informatics Program in -Kenya.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, or related field such as public health with strong experience in digital health.
• Preferably formal training in project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) with Prince Certification.
• 2 - 4 years’ work experience gained working closely with digital interventions, services and applications in health and at a manager level.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity including patching, encryption, SSL certificates, role-based access, application monitoring, and multi-factor authentication.
• Preferably skills should include Open HIM, Docker, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Angular, Linux, GitHub, and APIs,
The Senior Technical Project Manager, Health Security Informatics will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
