ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Case Manager to be based in affiliated facilities in Regions 6 and 7. Specifically, Talisay City Health Department - Social Hygiene Clinic (1) and Dr. Rafael S. Tumbukon Memorial Hospital in Kalibo, Aklan (1). The incumbents will be responsible for providing client-centered case management and support services for PLHIV. S/He will provide supportive counseling services, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client’s physical, medical, and psychosocial needs and provide supportive services tailored to the client’s need to ensure continued engagement in medical care & adherence to treatment. ICAP urgently seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Case Manager position as soon as possible. The successful candidates must be Filipino nationals and graduate of high school diploma or equivalent.
