ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as BVD Preparedness and Response Coordinator – Burundi. The incumbent will provide high level technical coordination support to the RISE-BVD program implemented by ICAP and Jhpiego in Burundi.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the BVD Preparedness and Response Coordinator position by October 05, 2026. The successful candidate should be a Medical doctor holding a degree in public health or holder of a bachelor’s degree in public health with specialization in health emergencies. He/She will have at least 5 years of experience in implementing disease control programs, epidemiology, IPC (Infection Prevention and Control), or other health emergency contexts. The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
