ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Human Resources Officer to be based in Yangon. The incumbent will be responsible for providing overall Human Resources support to ICAP country office and managing the day-to-day human resources activities in Myanmar.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Human Resources Officer position by June 2026. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years’ human resources administration experience.

The incumbent will work 5 days a week, with regular reporting of working schedule to Director of Finance and Administration (DAF). The incumbent will be working in close collaboration with the program and operation teams in ensuring successful performance in HR management, including HR Administration according to ICAP HR SOPs.
