ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as The EBS Evaluation Qualitative Data Analyst. This is an urgent position, and applications will be reviewed as they come in closing on 31st January 2026.

The incumbents will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of ICAP’s programs by providing technical expertise in qualitative research, support data collection quality assurance, and lead qualitative data analysis using the Rigorous and Accelerated Data Reduction (RADaR) approach. The consultant will work closely with the EBS/Study Coordinator to analyze Key Informant Interviews conducted across six counties.

 This is a Short-term contract (ranging from 1-5 months, renewable subject to performance and funding.

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree or degree or Higher Diploma higher in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs including program planning, monitoring and evaluation. EBS Evaluation Qualitative Data Analyst will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
