ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Finance specialist– Cameroon. The incumbent will provide technical, financial management support to NACC to strengthen budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Government of Cameroon and donor (CDC/PEPFAR) requirements.

Under the supervision of DAF/NAAC, the Finance specialist will be responsible for:

Financial Management & Controls

  • Support NACC in preparing, monitoring, and revising annual and project-specific budgets.
  • Ensure proper application of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Accounting & Reporting

  • Support accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports NACC.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure compliance with CDC/PEPFAR, Government of Cameroon,
  • Support preparation for internal and external audits.

Coordination & Liaison

  • Serve as a key financial liaison between ICAP and NACC.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and provide financial input to program discussions.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Finance specialist - Cameroon position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance or its equivalence. ACCA/CPA added advantage, and at least five years of experience in accounting, procurement in an international NGO or a national project financed by multilateral or bilateral institutions
