ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as IT Officer – Yaounde Cameroon. The incumbent is accountable for the timely delivery and ongoing support of reliable, secure and cost effective information and communications technology systems, administration and technical support to enable the efficient flow of information and the reliable performance of all corporate systems applications, to contribute to the achievement of the established goals and objectives consistent with priority needs and requirements of the office. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Information, the Information Technology Officer will be accountable for effective technical leadership for ICT systems management and administrations of the ICAP country office ICT policy, strategy, security guidelines.

 

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the IT Officer position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will hold Advanced university degree or equivalent background, in computer science, information/telecommunication systems, or other relevant disciplines, with specialized training or appropriate experience in the fields broadly applicable to the job. and three years of relevant professional work experience in ICT area.
