The 2026 Sierra Leone Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (SiLPHIA 2026) is a cross-sectional household-based, sub-nationally representative survey conducted with support from the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and technical assistance through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and ICAP at Columbia University. SiLPHIA is being led by the Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Health (MoH), the National Public Health Agency (NPHA), and Statistics Sierra Leone. The survey will be implemented by Statistics Sierra Leone and ICAP in collaboration with local and international partners. The study will generate essential data on HIV prevalence, viral load suppression, CD4 count distribution, and access to care and treatment, which will inform national HIV policy and programming.Download File Job Discription for SilPHIA Senior ICT Officer.pdf
