ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as M&E and Informatics Manager- Eswatini. The incumbent will be responsible for oversight of AMR related M&E functions; including the development and management of information technology tools, databases, and data analysis processes to facilitate the steps to collect, analyse, visualize, and report on AMR indicators data to inform national policies and monitor global trends.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the M&E and Informatics Manager by July 1st, 2025. The successful candidate will hold •    Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Information technology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Information systems, Computer science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field and a minimum of five(5) years of experience in development and implementation of health information systems, and program monitoring and evaluation systems.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record Knowledge and experience of AMR/AMU/AMC, WHONET, and LIS/ Hospital Information System (HIS), disease surveillance and other relevant health programs. Experience and knowledge in the use of DHIS2 platform for reporting, visualisation and data analysis and the design, development and implementation of health monitoring and evaluation systems in resource limited settings is required.
