ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Technical Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation, Yangon. The incumbent will provide technical assistance (TA) focusing on HIV- related monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Technical Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation position by August 2024.The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, social science or medicine required and a minimum of 3 years-experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, particularly on reporting of health program activities, database management, troubleshooting of software and interoperability between different database platforms.

The incumbent will have experience working in close collaboration with key health sector stakeholders in the area of DHIS2, OpenMRS, CommCare, Master Patient Index, or other ongoing eHealth initiatives. Knowledge of national and international indicator frameworks, including their definitions as they relate to specific health services is desirable.
