ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Team Assistant – Kazakhstan. The incumbent will be responsible to provide general office and information-flow management, and secretarial support for all business-related training and other activities/events in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Team Assistant position by mid July 2024.The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the administrative/office management role.

The incumbent will have strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize, must have exceptional attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
