ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Trace Data Manager – Cameroon. The incumbent contributes to the implementation of system solutions to capture data collected through HIV recency data capture and management systems set up for national TRACE program. In collaboration with the M&E team, the Data Manager will provide technical assistance to MOH to support the collection of HIV recency data to improve HIV surveillance and response. The incumbent will support the review of HIV testing services, clinical services, laboratory and geospatial data on a routine basis, and in the development of user-friendly, high-quality interfaces for data visualization, including hotspot maps and trend analyses.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Trace Data Manager position by May 21, 2024.The successful candidate will hold master’s degree Statistics, Applied mathematics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Health Information Technology or other related field. Additional training/degree in fields mentioned above or health-related field is a plus. At least 5 years of experience working in epidemiology, biostatistics, computer science, health informatics, health information technology or data management.
