ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Senior Human Resources Officer to be based in Brazzaville, Congo. The incumbent will provide overall Human Resources support and manage the day-to-day human resources activities in the office. The position is responsible for the full cycle of employment including staffing, recruiting, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, individual development and succession planning.

ICAP urgently seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Senior Human Resources Officer position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. A Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in a similar role. A good knowledge of HR policies and practices in the Republic of Congo is required.

The position is grant funded.
