ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Finance and Logistics Officer to be based in Cebu City, Philippines. The incumbent will be responsible for providing finance and logistical support to their respective region’s project(s). They will ensure compliance to finance and logistics procedures, ensure sound management of the donor funds, track expenditures, work with the program staff and stakeholders during program visits/activities.

ICAP urgently seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Finance and Logistics Officer positions as soon as possible. The successful candidates must be Filipino nationals and graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accountancy or another related field. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in finance, procurement, supply chain and logistics is required.
