Collaborating closely with our design and development teams, He/she will bring creative concepts to life, ensuring an exceptional user experience. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, or a related field with proven experience as a Graphics Web Designer or similar role, proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). As a Data Engineer specializing in Superset, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data visualization and exploration platform. You will collaborate closely with our data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our data visualization solutions meet the needs of our business users. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and at least 3 years’ experience with data visualization. He / She must have Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with specific experience in developing data visualizations using Superset specifically in health informatics. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL. Must be familiar with data modelling and schema design concepts. He / She must have experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development. The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record / experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
