Program Director - CQUIN and HIVE in various locations
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a Program Director (CQUIN & HIVE) to be based in a TBN Country in Sub-Saharan Africa. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in medicine, nursing, and/or public health. The candidate will have: • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating HIV programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. • Strong management/leadership experience. • Experience working in collaboration with Ministries of Health and other governmental and non-governmental partners to inform policy and advance adoption of innovative program designs.
