Working under the guidance of the Provincial Lead, the District Clinical Mentor will support activities to implement and sustain the gains across the HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment cascade through an embedded mentorship approach and using QI methodologies in the assigned districts/facilities. S/he will coordinate technical program implementation and closely work with DHO program officers to provide mentorship and oversee program implementation across the allocated districts/facilities and ensure that respective DHOs within North-Western Province meet their annual targets.

    Laboratory Research Officer in Eswatini

The incumbent will be responsible for sample reception, processing and storage. The LRO oversees the lab infrastructure and processes to ensure that laboratory supplies are appropriately procured, lab samples are correctly collected, received, processed, stored, shipped and that results are returned in a timely manner. The LRO will have primary oversight over the Eswatini CRS laboratory, including ensuring that lab premises, equipment, procedures documentation and staff are compliant to local and international research standards.

    Country Representative for Kyrgyzstan in Kyrgyzstan

    ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Country Representative for Kyrgyzstan to be based in Bishkek. The Country Representative is responsible for the overall oversight and management of all ICAP activities in Kyrgyzstan, including daily supervision of technical and operations/finance-administrative staff and program reporting to the regional office of ICAP. As the lead representative of ICAP in Kyrgyzstan, the Country Representative ensures that all actions of the country-based teams are consistent with ICAP goals in support of the national Ministry of Health. The Country Representative also acts as the General Manager and a signatory for a local CIP representative office in Kyrgyzstan and is responsible for the overall oversight and management of ICAP operations in Kyrgyzstan, including daily supervision of technical, operations and finance staff as well as program reporting.
