Supply Chain Coordinator in Philippines - Manila
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Makati City. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work with, collaborate, and support the ICAP Technical Team, the Department of Health (DOH) Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB), the DOH-Centers for Health Development (CHDs), development partners (particularly Global Fund), and project facilities to help ensure the timely and sufficient availability at point of care throughout the year, of HIV related commodities needed in the implementation of HIV program activities and/or interventions. The incumbent will be responsible for providing general office and information-flow management, and secretarial support for all business-related training and other activities/events. ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Team Assistant position by October 2024. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in an administrative/office management role.
