ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks an Admin and Procurement Officer to be based in Cebu City (1) and Iloilo City (1) by October 1, 2025. S/he will ensure compliance to ICAP administrative protocols, effectively coordinating adherence to purchasing policies, procedures, and practices.

Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance, the Regional Admin and Procurement Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and procurement support to ICAP project operations at the area they are assigned. S/he will ensure timely process of office supplies requisitions, canvassing, soliciting of bids and obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and facilitating actual purchase in compliance with ICAP procurement policies (including reasonable lead time for ordering and delivering of goods/services); prepare/oversee preparation and distribution of the requests for quotations and managing/conducting all aspects of quotations evaluation.
