ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Procurement and Logistics Specialist – Kyiv, Ukraine. The incumbent will be responsible for implementation of procurement with ensuring effective logistics and procurement systems through coordinating logistics, including travel, monitoring purchasing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of items to intended recipients in the context of a conflict setting, providing general office and information-flow management.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Procurement and Logistics Specialist position by January 2023. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, or related field required and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in procurement, ideally at an international NGO.

The incumbent will have strong problem-solving and time management skills and analytical abilities. The Procurement and Logistics Specialist will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working in conflict setting.

The successful candidate will have written and spoken proficiency in both English and Ukrainian.
